Journey Through the Chakras

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience that blends live vibrational sounds, intentional postures aligned with each energy center, and profound relaxation through Yoga Nidra designed to harmonize and integrate your energetic system.
In collaboration with Input Music, a unique sequence of vibrational sounds bowls, frequencies, and other sacred instruments, has been created to enhance the healing power of each chakra. This sonic vibration works in synergy with gentle, mindful postures to help release energetic blockages, awaken vital energy, and restore inner balance.
The session culminates in a guided Yoga Nidra journey, a meditation in conscious rest that allows the thinking mind to dissolve and the body to activate its innate healing potential. This practice takes you into a sleep-like state where natural restoration occurs, bringing calm, clarity, and renewal from your energy centers to your entire being."
This experience is accessible to all levels and is intended as a nourishing gift for the soul.

Yoga Foundations Part 2: Deepening Alignment & Flow

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll continue exploring the foundations of yoga with a focus on refining alignment, building awareness of anatomy, and finding ease in vinyasa transitions. Together, we’ll break down more foundational postures and the movements that connect them, so you can flow with greater strength, confidence, and grace. This is a chance to slow down, ask questions, and explore the “how” behind the practice giving you tools to step into every class feeling more capable, empowered, and deeply connected to your body and breath.
It is not essential to have completed session 1 to join into Part 2.

108 Sun Salutations is a sacred practice that invites us to open ourselves to receive this light, that is why it is an empowering and transformative experience.
Benefits: Creates an internal heat that cleanses and detoxifies your body. Floods the nervous system with solar energy, balancing emotions. It is a surrendering practice to your breath, traveling through different inner and outer challenges. Allowing your inner intuition to guide you through the movement. Creates upward energy in the body known as Prana.
Why 108: There are many meanings in many traditions but in Yoga: 108 is the number that represents the wholeness of existence. 108 lines that converge the heart centre. Healing Yoga Immersion

Join the beautiful Valentina on the mat for 2 hours of a deep healing journey. This immersion will include a variety of mindful breathing practices to heal the nervous system, boost the immune system and nurture the adrenals. Slow movement to release tension and increase awareness within the body. Finishing with a Yoga Nidra practice (conscious yogic relaxation) and meditation. This immersion is all about interconnecting the mind and body to offer deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
