108 Sun Salutations is a sacred practice that invites us to open ourselves to receive this light, that is why it is an empowering and transformative experience.

Benefits: Creates an internal heat that cleanses and detoxifies your body. Floods the nervous system with solar energy, balancing emotions. It is a surrendering practice to your breath, traveling through different inner and outer challenges. Allowing your inner intuition to guide you through the movement. Creates upward energy in the body known as Prana.

Why 108: There are many meanings in many traditions but in Yoga: 108 is the number that represents the wholeness of existence. 108 lines that converge the heart centre. In the Sanskrit alphabet: 54 female letters + 54 male letters. 108 Marma point in the body (Sacred places of the body).108 Nadis (energetic channels in the energy body - Pranayama Kosha)

This workshop blends movement and breath practices, utilising the Emotional Culture Deck, NLP tools, and Resilience First Aid to help participants stay steady during times of change.

Attendees will explore how their emotional patterns, physiology, and internal dialogue shape their responses to uncertainty. They’ll leave with simple, practical strategies to feel more grounded, adaptable, and emotionally anchored.

Let’s gently move away from the idea that a new year requires a new version of you.

Charmaine from Luna & Sol Nutrition and Roxy from Ardor are setting the new year reminder, you don’t need fixing or reinventing. What you need are tools that support the person you already are. Each January brings pressure to do more, change faster, and follow rigid rules that rarely last. This workshop offers a quieter, more sustainable approach — one that centres your body, your life, and your natural rhythm. Because real change doesn’t come from restriction or punishment. It comes from understanding what your body truly needs and building habits that can be carried forward, long term.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

→ What nourishment really means and how it supports energy and strength

→ Why extreme, all-or-nothing approaches often lead to burnout

→ What to release — habits or beliefs that no longer serve you

→ What to gently build — supportive practices that fit your real life

Healing Yoga Immersion

Join the beautiful Valentina on the mat for 2 hours of a deep healing journey. This immersion will include a variety of mindful breathing practices to heal the nervous system, boost the immune system and nurture the adrenals. Slow movement to release tension and increase awareness within the body. Finishing with a Yoga Nidra practice (conscious yogic relaxation) and meditation. This immersion is all about interconnecting the mind and body to offer deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Guided by Anna from Enso Design, you’ll learn how energy, balance, and design weave together to support wellbeing in your home and daily life. Through gentle presentations and hands-on case studies, we’ll explore:

  • The flow of Chi and how it shapes our spaces

  • The balance of Yin & Yang — rest and activity in rhythm

  • The Five Element Colour Theory and how to choose tones that nurture

  • The 9 Bagua map — understanding the energy of each area in your home
