It is a surrendering practice to your breath, traveling through different inner and outer challenges. Allowing your inner intuition to guide you through the movement. Healing Yoga Immersion

Join the beautiful Valentina on the mat for 2 hours of a deep healing journey. This immersion will include a variety of mindful breathing practices to heal the nervous system, boost the immune system and nurture the adrenals. Slow movement to release tension and increase awareness within the body. Finishing with a Yoga Nidra practice (conscious yogic relaxation) and meditation. This immersion is all about interconnecting the mind and body to offer deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
