Glenda is incredibly passionate about supporting individuals and couples to live their best life, free from the overwhelm of their emotional baggage generated by past life experiences.

She uses a variety of modalities depending on your unique needs. Evidence-based modalities include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy; Psychotherapy, Meditation and Mindfulness, alongside significant Psycho-Education, especially focusing on nervous system health and regulation. A trauma-informed approach is embedded into all interactions with clients.

Glenda's naturally warm, kind & professional approach offers you a safe space to process through the mental, emotional and relationship challenges of life in a caring environment with understanding and acceptance. Her passion and awareness of the holistic human experience (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) allows her to address your holistic health needs and make appropriate referrals where necessary.

In person sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only. Online sessions are also available by appointment.

Albury Family Counselling

With over 17 years of experience as an early childhood educator, Hayley finds profound purpose in guiding children through neurodiversity, anxiety, and low self-esteem, helping them shine and recognise their own unique gifts.

In addition to working with young children, Hayley supports individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and other mental health challenges.

Hayley’s clinic also focuses on the recovery of eating disorders in the Albury/Wodonga region—a cause deeply personal to her, having experienced an eating disorder in her late teens. With empathy and understanding, she is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals on their healing journey.

Her warm and compassionate approach ensures that every client feels heard, valued, and empowered to take steps toward a healthier future.

Hayley looks forward to walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate their paths to healing and self-acceptance.

In person sessions are available on Fridays by appointment only.
