Glenda O'Neill

Glenda offers a holistic approach to mental health and wellness therapy. She has been serving the Albury Wodonga community for 13 years as a counsellor and couples therapist, with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy and currently studying her Masters of Counselling.

Glenda is incredibly passionate about helping people live an ‘abundant life’ – living free from the impact of the emotional baggage generated by your past experiences in life.

She has seen very encouraging outcomes processing through grief and stress; identifying the source of emotional pain and underlying beliefs, behavioural patterns and triggers and journeying with people through to the healthy, productive space they desire.

Glenda uses a number of modalities depending on your unique needs. These evidence-based therapies include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Insight Therapy, Psychotherapy and Meditation & Mindfulness.

Glenda’s naturally warm, kind and professional approach offers you a safe space to process the mental and emotional challenges of life in a caring environment with understanding and acceptance. Her passion and awareness of the holistic human experience (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) allows her to address your holistic health needs and make appropriate referrals where necessary.
