Bloom Naturopathics
Megan, a qualified Naturopath, holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Torrens University. Her primary focus lies in Female Reproductive Health, addressing conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, and irregular or painful periods. Her personal experience with endometriosis was a key motivator in her pursuit of naturopathy.
Meg's approach to healing is holistic, incorporating various modalities to achieve whole-body wellness. She emphasises the importance of physical homeostasis, mental clarity, emotional safety, and spiritual connection. As a naturopath, her goal is to delve into the 'why' behind your symptoms, seeking to understand:
The root cause of your symptoms
The driving factors behind them
How to restore your body to a state of safety and balance
What your body is communicating and how to listen effectively
During your initial consultation, Meg works to uncover the underlying causes of your health concerns. Functional testing may be utilised to gain a deeper understanding of your body's biochemistry and cellular processes.
Meg takes a personalized approach to treatment, meeting clients where they are. Treatment options may include dietary and lifestyle optimisation, herbal and/or nutritional medicine, personal training guidance, flower essences, and energetic practices.
Beyond reproductive health, Meg also specializes in:
Cognitive health support: ADHD, anxiety, depression, PMDD, brain injuries, migraines, fatigue, insomnia, and post-concussion treatment.
Optimizing gut health: Bloating, IBS-C/D, fatty liver, gallbladder concerns, diverticulitis, post-antibiotic issues, and navigating food intolerances.
Adrenal and nervous system support: Recognizing the widespread impact of sympathetic dominance (fight or flight response) in modern life.
Bloom welcomes individuals of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, and is dedicated to optimising health and well-being throughout life's natural transitions. Meg is available in the Ardor Clinic each Monday.
