Teacher Profile - Kate Taylor

Our lovely Kate has been a personal trainer for the last 10 years, and has just recently completed her Reformer Pilates Training. You will find her guiding you through our Sculpt Fusion and Reformer Pilates offerings. Kate completed her training through the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers, and her Reformer training through Barre Body.

Kate has always been passionate about health and wellbeing, and loves how exercise can make you feel. For Kate, daily movement is her mindfulness practice. Kates classes challenge the whole body in a fun and creative way, utilising different pieces of equipment to test minor and major muscle groups. Core exercises are her all time favourite, and are a strong focus in her classes.

Kates favourite thing about teaching is being apart of such a gentle, nurturing and caring space, and being able to connect with people in meaningful ways, discovering what lights them up both physically and mentally.

You’ll find Kate on the mat at Ardor Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays!
